You choose at checkout. Air freight is $500 and takes 5 to 7 days.Sea cargo is $350 and takes 25 to 26 days. Both ship from Shenzhen with full paperwork and tracking. Duties are paid your end.
Our scooters are built to your spec, so allow 3 working days for us to assemble, run in and test yours before it goes out. Shipping time is on top of that, depending on whether you choose air or sea.
Yes. Orders going to Europe ship with a Certificate of Conformity (COC), which is what your registration office needs. If your country asks for anything extra, tell us before you order and we will sort it.
12 months on motors and batteries, 6 months on controllers. That covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover crash damage or a controller you have turned up past what it can take.
Yes. One unit is retail. Two or more and you get dealer pricing. If you want to distribute properly, message us and we will sort terms.
Yes. QS and Yuma hub motors, mid-drive kits, Fardriver controllers, and packs up to 96V 100Ah. If you are unsure what fits your build, ask before ordering.
Card, PayPal, or crypto. We take BTC, ETH and USDT. Dealers can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Crypto is converted at the rate when you check out.
